Our worldwide Customer Support teams are dedicated to providing the best assistance for our products. If you need technical help, we offer many services, including a searchable Knowledge Base and interactive online requests.

We encourage you to create an Avocent Customer Express (ACE) account with us for better service. By creating this account, our technical support agents will be able to access your complete account history, including past support calls, and more effectively provide assistance.

Additionally, your account gets you access to our most commonly requested documents, including technical documentation, product bulletins, recent upgrades and other online resources, all to keep you up to date on all your Avocent products.

Hardware Support - Avocent hardware maintenance offering is available in Gold Coverage and Silver Coverage for one-, two- or four-year periods.

Software Support - This program offers software updates and upgrades on Avocent software covered by the Avocent Professional Services program. Software Maintenance and Support is in Gold Coverage and Silver Coverage for one-, two- or four-year periods.

ACE Registration - Create your web ACE account and you can view your account history. You will have access to all web submitted ACE service requests. You can enter notes in your current open requests and view notes entered by the Avocent support representatives.
